Scarborough Capital Management Advisors Chosen as Five of Baltimore’s Five Star Wealth Managers for 2023

Five Star Professional and Scarborough Capital Management are pleased to announce Ian Arrowsmith, Joshua Goldsmith, David Herman, Gregory Ostrowski, David Sizemore, Jon Szostek and Jeffery Cardozo, have been chosen as seven of Baltimore’s Five Star Wealth Managers for 2023.

Wealth manager award candidates are identified through firm nominations, peer nominations and industry qualifications, and then evaluated on 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria including; client retention rates, client assets administered, firm review and a favorable regulatory and compliant history.

Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E.
